When you meet the right one, you just know.  You worry about bringing it home to meet your pan.  Will they get along?  What if they hate each other?  These are normal questions to ask.  If your skillet is anything like our skillets (it is), rest assured-it's going to love your new spatula.  We aren't promising there won't be any rough patches, but once you've gone through some fires together, you'll develop a bond as strong as iron, and as forgiving as polymerized oil, I promise.
